Manage Profile, Emails, & Avatar ​

You have the flexibility to manage your profile, email, and avatar directly from the user settings page at https://home.appscode.com/user/settings. Follow these steps to customize your user settings:

  1. From any UI, such as the user profile page or the Kubernetes dashboard, navigate to the user settings page.

  2. Click on your profile icon or username to access the user menu.

  3. Select "Settings" to go to the user settings page.

Update Profile Information ​

On the General section of the user settings page, find the Profile tab. Here, you can update various details such as your:

  • Username
  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Biography
  • Website
  • Location

Click "Update Profile" after making the desired changes to apply the updates.

Manage Avatar ​

Customizing your avatar is easy. You can do it in two ways:

Update Avatar from Gravatar Email ​

  1. Provide your Gravatar email in the designated field.
  2. Click "Update Gravatar Email" to use the avatar associated with the provided Gravatar email.

Upload a Custom Avatar Image ​

  1. Drag and drop your image or click "Choose File" to upload a custom image from your local storage.
  2. Use the cropping box to select the portion of the image for your avatar.
  3. Adjust the zoom or position as needed.
  4. Click "Set Image" to update your avatar.

Remember:

  • The image should not exceed 1MB.
  • The maximum resolution is 4096x3072.

Delete Current Avatar ​

If you want to remove your current avatar:

  • Click "Delete Current Avatar."
